It does mention full central heating in the sales blurb and a combi boiler but it ain't no combi boiler in my house!

There seems to be a fair bit of scorching on the element and the mains lead...and maybe it's the camera angle but that water feed pipe does not seem to be fitting into the inlet connector squarely. (Apologies for the use of non-techie terminology!!)
Just thinking about it....I think I would be "safer" taking the tank out of the loft and replacing the gas boiler with a combi-boiler.
Although I have to admit I have no idea how they got the thing up there in the first place and I dread to think how it can be drained before removing it.
