You might be able to turn the sounder down, some fire sounders have a volume pot on the back. Post a picture of the sounder

It sounds like it's setup so opening and closing of the entry/exit door terminates the set, which is better than timed imo

I have recently purchased a galaxy G2-44 for upgrading a friends old optima system. The keypad menu (58) doesn't seem to be there meaning I can't setup the keypad backlight to be off when the system is set. Can this be done on the G2 range or am I right in thinking it can only be done on the G3...

Evening, I am looking to purchase a Panasonic TX40C300B to replace my Panasonic TH37-PX60B. I can't find a manual for it and reviews seem very mixed, but it still looks like a good set. Is it a good replacement? If not, could you recommend a replacement? Looking to spend £300 and under. Thanks!

It was showing 1300 ohms so I replaced the detector with a different one to see if the relay was faulty on the dual tech, however the replacement detector is also showing high res! So I'm thinking it's possibly the resistors or the cable...

Hello I recently posted about a guardall dual tech that has been false alarming. I have not got round to replacing it yet, I have the zone programmed as 'set log' on the galaxy at the moment so I can see when it activates without it setting the alarm off. Upon viewing the zone under option 22...

I have a Panasonic TH-37PX60B plasma screen and I'm on the look out for a pedestal stand for it so I can put it on a different TV unit as opposed to having it on the floor stand that comes with it. I can't seem to find a pedestal stand anywhere. Any ideas where I can find one for a good price...

It doesn't appear to have a control terminal like on other models. Only pairs for power, alarm, tamper and a test terminal.

Thanks sparkymarka, will look into ordering one. Will putting a wire link between 12v and the test terminal disable the microwave for the time being?
