I hope you do not mind me writing to you but would you be able to offer me a little advise with regards to my Galaxy G2 Alarm Panel as I am working on this as a hobby project...
I have recently purchased the Ethernet Module so that I can access the panel remotely and I have since identified that I need to do a flash upgrade to my panel to provide the required level of firmware as my panel is showing version 1.1 i think from memory.
I have ordered the flash upgrade kit on line but I need to find out where I can obtain the firmware file to upload to the panel for the update and wondered if you could help point me in the right direction?
In addition, if I was to successfully complete the above task would my system be reset to default or would it retain all the config settings for my connected devices?
One final question, would you have any details as to the RS485 Connections of the Alarm Panel PCB and I am not sure which connections I need to take from the Alarm Panel PCB to the Ethernet Card?
