Is it simple to match? Just I have always been led to believe it is difficult to match aged mortar to new with your average brick layer?

Thanks for the suggestion I had looked at this option, but again costs even more than the bifolds at 4150 to do it with two windows and a smaller bifold, and don't really want to go down the route of altering the brickwork to much to accommodate this set up and being left with the mortar...

Also noticed at the side of hatch a bit of plaster had come off revealing the plasterboard screw, this has happened on a couple of other walls in the house also, do I ask him just to fill these or a little ready mix for these also?

Thanks, although the situation was that the plasterer boarded and skimmed all the ceilings thinking the electrian knew where the wires were, miscommunication between the both of them and now I'm left with hatches in 3 rooms and want to make sure they will not be noticeable. With regards to...
