    Thanks for the suggestion I had looked at this option, but again costs even more than the bifolds at 4150 to do it with two windows and a smaller bifold, and don't really want to go down the route of altering the brickwork to much to accommodate this set up and being left with the mortar...

    Also noticed at the side of hatch a bit of plaster had come off revealing the plasterboard screw, this has happened on a couple of other walls in the house also, do I ask him just to fill these or a little ready mix for these also?

    I'm not sure, will check when I'm back there tomorrow as not living in house at present whilst work is ongoing.
