Hello Lads, I have been called to a Buderus 800 (43kw) Lpg Gas Boiler that once or twice a day back fires and makes 4 or 5 very loud bangs before going in to lock out, gas pressure and settings look okay to me, the boiler really rattles on the wall as it's making these loud bangs, any ideas...

only sparks for 2 seconds and stops before gas can ignite,power stays on spark generator for up to 10 seconds but no spark,any ideas would be very helpfull,kind regards wesley.

thank you for your reply,i have used it only 1s on an oil burner without doing a smoke test so thats probaly my own fault but the burner wasn't smokey at all,the o2 cell doesn't take much abuse then does it? will it cost me much to get repair? and also i was doing 2 soundness tests the other day...

thank you very much for replying to my message earlier,i think your right about complaining again,why do compressors be noisy? it sounds like very loud bubbles moving around inside,its that loud that it couldn't be normal,its only 2 months old.

i recently bought a new fridge and it is very noisy when its running,i sounds like bubbles being pumped around it,rang manufactures and they say its normal but some times i can hear it in bed,any help would be great,thank you.

do yee think fernox ds 40 is a good product to descale a gas boiler/system or is there better products on the market?

thanks a million lads,thats a great help,i think the heat ex is starting to get blocked with lime,what chemical would yee recommend me to use to de-scale it,do any of yee know much about fernox ds40????

thanks baxpoti,i will try that,i would of thought that if the diaphagm wasnt bursted that it would be ok,what other faults can happen with a diaphragm and why would it stop the spindle from moving out far enough? ive came across this problem a good few times with this boiler have you?
