Hi, just got your message (been away). I only cover a limited area in SE London so sadly can't help...have you tried contacting SD, they may have someone that covers out of warranty and older boilers. Otherwise you could try disconnecting the most likely culprits...fan, pump,gas valve solenoid etc.
