why would some of my lockshields seize up and shear off the flat off the spindle

I have sweaty dog paw prints on my laminate flooring! Have tried umpteen different cleaners to get a nice shiny, clean finish. Always seem to get streaks. Can anyone tell me good cleaner/method for keeping it at its best.......please

If I could remember what it was to start with I'd be laughing instead of crying !!! The valve will only switch back to water only. If I turn it to heating it just reverts back to water mode.

No - on heating. Yes water side ok. Y plan. Clock set for pm.

I replaced my Switchmaster programmer with a Siemens RWB9. Had both heating and water working ok until I changed to 5/2 days from 7 days. Now the only way I can get heating to work is by removing motorised valve head and operating manually. Please help

How do I check my wiring ? The only way I can get my heating working is to disconnect the motorised valve head and manually switch over. I think the room stat is working now.

I have got a Potterton boiler and recently changed the programmer. I can get the heating to work by manually changing the motorised valve but I noticed that the room stat does not work. Can someone help please?
