    ok cheers so best to just replace whole thing. out of interest how would i drain the tank?? and is there anything else it could be or is a leaking bal valve the only way that it would overflow?

    hey am new here my overflow pipe is dripping from my tank in the attic the big tank. i think the ball valve may be passing slightly as it keeps dripping when it is full. how do i drain the tank and do u think if i change the valve it will stop the problem?????
