  • Hi Dave,

    I hope you don't mind me messaging you.

    I have a friend who has a small unit that came with a Galaxy alarm system installed.

    I have spent days looking for an answer online, I have the installation and operation manuals but I cant crack the required password to clear the fault and reset the panel.

    Ive tried all the codes I could find online and can get part way into it,
    (user code is 1234) It accepts 112233 as an engineer code but then requests an additional code that is not known.

    I see you have commented on this forum regarding the reset / default procedure.

    I was wondering if you would be so kinds as to point me in the right direction of re-setting this unit?
    (or if there may be some other codes I could try)

    Morning dave58. I am having a similar problem with my Honeywell 20-20 C20 as I replaced the batteries it is requesting a manager reset. I have cancelled my contract with ADT 2 months ago who I have been with since 1995! Unfortunately I can no longer work due to illness I cant afford to maintain the contract. Hope you can Help. Smiffy
