hi all, my 2003 vivaro 1.9tdi cuts out when cold. When the engine is up to temperature it won't cut out at all. I've read lots of threads about this but can't find nothing about being ok when up to temperature. It only cuts out on cold idle but not when hot. I don't mind sitting in the van with...
