    Yes, that seems to be the norm, just don't want areas calling for heat when therms are down at min and temp is ok, just got to source affordable newer stats. Dave

    Yes, they are, but under cover there is a small dial to select the zone which the therm is controlling, obviously set when fitted? Dave
