Jeff is there anyway of finding out if it's the cylinder stat or programmer? Hubby is pretty good at plumbing so we'd like to try and tackle ourselves but it's got him stumped!

The cylinder stat is set at 50 The guy didn't get paid! He went off saying he would order parts!! Hubby fitted the pump today. All working fine apart from no hw :-(
