have a bought a holiday static caravan with a Chaffoteaus Brittany CH boiler ,I cannot see any identification label to identify the model. Could it be inside the front cover?
There are two clips at the top of the boiler cover ,When unclipped I still cannot get any movement on the cover...
Thanks Dextrous, It's just a plunger between the taps, cannot see any means of removing it.I think I'll take a look at a similar one in shop to see if it's accessible from underneath.
On our mixer tap the knob you pull up to transfer water to the shower has got very tight, yesterday I put WD40 on it and it became loose, job done or so I thought. This morning it was as bad as ever and was very difficult to pull up. Does anyone have any ideas what the problem is. :?:
Onetap.......Are they pressed steel radiators
Yes
Johnfox......has it aways been like that or you trying to run it at reduced tp5 temperature.
is your tp5 near a radiator so that area probably a hall/landing keeps a reasonable temp.
if so govern down rad adjacent to tp5 on...
Thanks for your replies guys, I don't have any TVR's fitted or closed radiators. My Alpha CB 24 boiler has a radiator thermostat from 1 to 9 it was set at 7 , I have increased it to 8 to see if there is any difference, I had wondered whether my room thermo was at fault.
How many degrees should the room temp.fall before the thermostat kicks in to fire up the boiler. My radiators get very cold and subsequently the rooms before the boiler fires up. I have a Danfoss TP5 thermostat(7 years old) and I have changed the batteries but it's made no difference. :(
Unless you are replacing the hedge with a wall just cut at ground level then feed roots with ROOT KILLER.I did this when I replaced Hawthorne hedge with concrete posts and fencing,it worked and they did not grow back.
And for a really good lawn edge, easily maintained, but not cheap, take a look at this.....
