Idenitification label

have a bought a holiday static caravan with a Chaffoteaus Brittany CH boiler ,I cannot see any identification label to identify the model. Could it be inside the front cover?
There are two clips at the top of the boiler cover ,When unclipped I still cannot get any movement on the cover to remove it.I don't want to use any undue pressure on it in case of damaging it. Anyone any experience on removing the cover .?
