New to site.Moved into new (smaller) house a year ago with attached garage.It is essentially a utility room housing dryer,freezer etc and a storage room for the stuff we used to put in the cellar and loft space(tools,bikes,books etc).Access is from kitchen. I am thinking of removing the garage...
