Vibrating hot pipe when cold tap turned on.

Okay, I found the problem and nothing to do with boiler: Noticed on kitchen mixer tap there was a drip from tap, every 30min or so. After isolating both taps independently, discovered it was hot tap dripping. With hot tap isolated, turned cold tap on... no noise. Soon as isolation opened on...

Oven and hob both require 13amp spur

Hi Guys, thanks for all your responses. having read your comments, and the MI several times, i'm inclined to go FCU route. I think the MI is miss leading, mixing EU and UK instructions together which the manufacturers should sort out.

Kitchen Rewire - what to expect for quote?

thanks for all the comment guys, certainly given me thought. I'm not keen on going diagonal either also, after measuring length of wire that would run diagonal, its not long enough. Kitchen Rewire - what to expect for quote?

no, as ELFImpudence say's cooker switch will move to left indicated by red box; 300mm from hob top on it's nearest side and 150mm from work surface from underside of switch. To better explain here is the design looking straight on. Included in this is a cooker hood and will depend on if wiring...

    What certificates to ask for??

Great, thanks PrenticeBoyofDerry. I was aware of safe zones but not of min wall thickness, makes sense really. You mention protection by 30mA RCD, you are referring to main fuse box as pictured:
