    I have a potterton promax 28 he, and when a cold tap is turned off the boiler fan and pump starts, the gas does'nt come on though, i have no dead legs or air locks and ive tried opening and closing the stop tap to different pressures with no real effect, my pressure is ok and i dont have water...

For two 90 degree bends with say 200 centres (15mm tube) i used to bend the first one then measure 200, then take 70mm off and put that mark on the edge of the former and bend it.     I have a potterton promax 28 he and i want to add two zone valves next to the boiler to zone the upstairs and down, i know the boiler has an internal bypass but would i need to add another before the two ports or would the internal one be enough ?

    40" lcd onto plasterboard wall

    I'm fitting a 40" lcd tv to my sons bedroom wall, its the swivel and tilt bracket, the wall itself is plasterboard and i'm fitting extra 3"x2" struts behind the plasterboard screwed into the existing studs, has anyone else done this and have any tips/views/warnings to this job. Thanks.
