Make sure the site backlinks (links from sites to your site) are relevent.
Its for more google friendly to have 5 good relevent links than 100 random ones.

It may be cheap but I think i speak for the general public in saying that we are all a little bit tired of our in-boxes being violated with junk email all the time. I suppose you get what you pay for? If it works for you then good luck! But to be honest, I am not really interested in debating...
If you go down the email advertising route be careful. You will need to have permission to hold third party information, you will need to store information securely and conform to the data protection act.
It all gets complicated and expensive.
In my opinion, a fiver a week on low cost, pay...
My advise would be to get a small website up and running.
Use google adwords for your advertising and if you are clever with it, its wount cost you an arm and a leg.
Cheers,
Graham
There are to many compliance issues here.
It would be far easier and more importantly, safer, to get this done professionally.
At the end of the day if people are going to stand in pools of water in close proximity to electrics, then never cut corners.

Hi,
Greenwood Airvac is still a good brand of fan and you have done well with it lasting 10 years!
If you were happy with the performance of the Greenwood Airvac fan then I would look for swapping like for like. If a direct alternative is not available then make sure you look for a fan...
As far as I am aware there aren't any fans bigger than 4" with SELV motors.
I would scrap the whole idea of 12v motors. Go for a fan (min IPx4) and wire with an RCD, this way you get the fan you want and comply with new 17th Edition IEE wiring regs.
Although we sell alot of fans with humidity stats, I would advise against it.
They are temperamental and often come on in the middle of the night during times of high humidity.
Just a run-on timer is enough, meets regs and can be set to run-on for the right length of time to combat...
Did you replace just the pull cord? or that actual switch inside the fan?
Chances are that the pull cord my not be switching the fan on and off.
I would have a look at this before having the expense of buying a new fan.
