I posted an earlier topic of problems in my heating system..i.e loud banging in pipe..only occasionally tho,especially when ch has just been turned off. Replaced a radiator (got towel radiator in bathroom) and thus drained the system. Have had the problem since. All air in radiators was released...

Shot for the explanation tho...i was having a look if maybe need to get a de-aerator or sumtin. But am not convinced. Dont know if the system is properly balanced..could that be the cause??

Yeah..i thought so but it hasnt done nothing. The was also no air trapped there....thats whats doing my head in.

Howzit...got problems with air in my central heating pipes. Bled the system to install a new towel radiator,refilled it (pump off),then let the air out the radiators and started it up again. Was all good,now when the heating is on its all good but when i shut it off every now and then it sound...
