Hi every one i am currentley digging my foundations for my two storey extension, 1 meter deep by 600 wide.
My problem is that the bottom of my trench is wet sand, i dug a couple of inches deeper to find that i was on the water table, am i going to be able to pour in this trench or should i think about using RAFT FOUNDATIONS.
