thanks done that 13 seconds also put a new timer on still no joy

i put a light tester to pos on battery and touched the top of glow plug to see if it lit up for a full circuit

Van starts eventually after after turning over for 2 or 3 minutes. I have checked Glow plugs, EGR valve, Fuel temp sensor and have put it on a code reader and shows no codes. Any ideas what to check next?
