Thanks for the quick replies Bell824 & Agile.
Yes it is an Ultracom 30cxi.
Service well overdue! I must admit to the 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it' philosophy. But you can take that too far.
Bell824 - d.0 does have factory default of 82 (max) as shown in the Fault Finding Diagnostic...
Had a 30cxi fitted in our club 4 or 5 years ago, which has run without problems. A few days ago the central heating ran warm only. In central heating demand the boiler failed to ramp up, running on one flame only; but ramped up to five flames immediately on hot water demand.
It transpired...
Thanks Breezer, my supplier had already checked with Wylex or his Wylex supplier, but I may try contacting them direct for any suggestions. I will probably end up fitting another small consumer box, which will end up costing as much as the shower!

Thanks to Breezer for the advice. The Screwfix breaker you identified was precisely the one I purchased. Unfortunately it is not compatible with the Wylex miniature system, hence my query.

Having upgraded my shower to 10.3kW, I need to upgrade the breaker from 40A to 45 or 50 Amp(the 40A one is on the margins and keeps tripping out.) Unfortunately Wylex only make miniature MCBs up to 40A. Does anyone know of higher rated compatible MCBs?
