Nothing at all happens in the boiler when the tap is turned on, nothing moves

It is a Baxi boiler, it has a dial which says tap/radiator and another which says tap. When it is on tap/radiator the heating works fine, but the water only comes out hot if you slowly turn the tap on, if you open the tap fully then the water runs cold, if the dial is on tap only the water runs...

Hi, my boiler works fine for the radiators, however it doesnt for hot water, if i run hot tap slowly the water comes out hot (only if the heating is on) but if i run it fast the water comes out cold. Any ideas?????
