Thank you for your reply but that is just referring to the product itself and not the pretreatment of an uneven surface which is more what I was after, don't suppose you have any other links?

Evening all, I am currently trying to get my head around revamping my worktops and cabinets. The worktops are inset tiles ontop of ply, the cabinets are recessed I'm wanting to cover them with a fablon (sticky back) product but need a smooth starting surface. Would filler be fit for purpose or...
