Evening all, I am currently trying to get my head around revamping my worktops and cabinets. The worktops are inset tiles ontop of ply, the cabinets are recessed I'm wanting to cover them with a fablon (sticky back) product but need a smooth starting surface. Would filler be fit for purpose or would a different option be more beneficial??
Look forward to hearing from you

Thank you for your reply but that is just referring to the product itself and not the pretreatment of an uneven surface which is more what I was after, don't suppose you have any other links?

I can't imagine that fablon on top of a work surface is going to work well.

Tiled worktop will look cack with anything on top, quicker easier and cheaper to replace.
