Thanks again, the Impellor is free, the problem is the machine will not even fill up. The motor just buzzes. I don't think the motor is at fault although I am no expert! Just no water pumping through. Thanks for your help.

Thanks the last engineer who came appeared to hold down the start button whilst going through the whole cycle, not exactly sure but anyhelp appriciated.

Can anybody help me fix a Zanussi 14791w washing machine? The pump does not appear to be working, but I think the machine needs a reset code that I have not got. A engineer came round two weeks ago and fixed it in seconds by pushing a few buttons but he would not tell me the code. Can...
