Thank you for the reply. So its one of two problems? Any hints on how to find out or where in looking?

1) Boiler make / model (gas or oil) Baxi Combi 105e (Gas) 2) What is / is not happening. The hot water on all taps takes 5-10 times longer to get warm/hot, sometimes not getting hot at all untill the tap is turned off then on again then off and waiting again. The shower takes ages...
