    excel starter 2010

I found a way. I use a document to record sales, and the comment feature was really useful to me, so the lack of it in the Excel starter version on my new laptop was a real drag. But I found a way: 1 - using a document from an older version or full version of excel, put a blank comment...

    Plastic Decking .

Get an oil based treatmant. All of the water based stuff is pants, driven by the green brigade but you have to redo it so often it probably has treble the impact on the environment. Usually if it comes in a metal (like the old oil can) type can, it will be oil based and much longer...

    Cladding Log Cabin

Hi all Last year I built a log cabin as a garden office from one of these kits that is all the rage. It has 45mm thick wooden walls, and as 3 sides of it are not seen due to its location, I plan to insulate the outside of it with 50mm polystyrene on those 3 sides, and then clad over that...

The old gas fire was fed by a calorgas bottle outside, so no need for the Corgi thing.

Hi Please can anybody help me with some advice? It will be most appreciated. I am slowly modernising a victorian house (circa 1910) and am working on the fireplace. I have removed the gas fireplace that previous owners had used, and have opened up the chimney to its original size, see...

    Log cabin wet under floor

was the concrete base laid on a DPM? We put down sheets of polythene over the hardcore. The sheet was in sections and was not joined, but it did cover the whole area. Is the base above ground level? YES Are the edges of the base exposed to falling rain? YES, there is about 6 inches all...

    Log cabin wet under floor

I am building a log cabin from a kit. I have put down 4 inches of concrete and the base, which is a framework of 70mm pressure treated wooden posts. The cabin floor which is tongue and groove boards, sits on top of this frame. In my wisdom I decided to put down a layer of the silver...

    Shed / Garden Electrics

Hi, I am after some advice about the shed electrics in the house I moved into about a year ago. I have the following: A double socket on a post halfway down the garden. This is clearly built to be outside and is all in a waterproof type housing with a rubber sealing front flap on it. A...
