I bought i bag of gypsum plaster. does anyone know the right consistency to apply it? What happens when it starts to crack is this normal ie drying out? thanks in advance

hi I have just removed my bathroom tiles (2 rows) however I also managed to pull off most of the plasterboard as well,including a rather large hole! Should I add plaster or renew the plaster board? what should I be doing? Thanks for any advice !![/list]
