The pressure is below the 'green zone' and I'm not sure what to do to re-pressurize it. The flap on it says 'connect the fitting loop between the connections provided. Open the filling loop valves and allow the needle to pass to the green zone'. This means nothing to me as I'm not sure what connection or loop they mean! I'm actually scared of this boiler.
