fitting new hot watet cylinder.a stainless steel one,and a bit larger,and fitted a essex flange.bored a 38mm hole,threaded some 2.5 cable from the immersion heater hole to hole for flange.then taped flange onto 22mm pipe and slid it down the cable.then fitted new cylinder in place.lovely clean job.
the only problem is that when the system was filled the radiators heat up but no hot water from the taps,cracked some connections but no air
its a baxi bermuda back boiler and i think its gravity feed from the indirect cylinder in the loft.
can anyone tell me what could be wrong?
