I can't seem to find a filling loop. I've had a look at the manual and followed the instructions to light the pilot light. But I'm not even getting a spark. Does this point to the water pressure? Thanks

Hello, My Vokera boiler has just stoped working. The pilot light is out and it wont start. No hot water. No heating. The pressure appears below 1 bar. could this be the problem? If so how can I tell if the system is a closed system and if there is a filling loop I can add more water to. Hope...
