Would your suggestion be the same method if laying (action backed-hessain) carpet, Knee kicker included? Also, would double backed tape and spray glue be an alternative, or joint option to pin gripping the carpet. Thanks in advance...

I'm working on a DIY project which has come to laying feltbacked carpet (7mm) over 11mm cloud 9 underlay. The problem is, the floor is tiled, so am unsure how to proceed with securing the underlay to the floor, and then securing the carpet to the underlay?! Any body know how this is done?!
