imjust wondering if you comeacross a boiler for a landlords check and cant do a co test ie boiler hasnt got test point, flue outlet not accessiable ie height or neigbouring property. i simply write unable to test co test recommend co alarm??? ta

could someone clarify . is a full electrical test on rental properties a legal requirement before renting like gas and epc? what about pat testing? is that also compulsory? is there a demand for this? 3 jobs a week would do me to complement my gas and plumbing jobs .thanks

really. i though bit of advertising, cheaper price give it a year for repeat business. you really think its the holy grail? fires that never have been checked ,bbu never been checked. i know the private sector is hard. under no illusiions about that. just doesnt seem that hard to do. 4

hi. if a boiler wont fire up for central heating demand but fires up chimney sweep mode doesnt that quickly tell you that its the external controls ie roomstat, timer thats the cause since the boiler firede up for chimney mode it must be ok. talking about worcester greenstars, valliants. thanks

is there anyway conclusively to tell that a scaled HE is the cause behind DHW poor temprature?? some one has mentioned getting a digital thermometer and doing a thermal survey on the exchanger? but surley a scaled/ defective thermistor would also be the cause of poor dhw temp.any ideas as...
hello. can anyone explain why a 4mb gas drop and even 8 mb gas drop on e6 meters are acceptable. surely an 8 mb drop with a cooker connected cant be good!!!!!is there anyone out there who has a zero drops policy?? thanks
