    Thanks! Sorry if my next question is bonkers but is that 25% of the total area of roofs on a house (e.g. porch + main roof (over loft) + etc), or 25% of each separate roofing on same house?

    Hi, I am replacing the tiles, like for like, on the roof that is over my porch which also covers about a meter of bedroom space (converted garage!). Nothing at all on my main roof. Is this still notifiable for building regs? Ta, Lisa
