Thank you Lucid, spot on with your diagnosis. I did find some leaking and domed caps, new ones on order. Hardest part was stripping the TV, I didn't realise they were using adhesive for the display on that age of set. Thanks again

Hi Recently move house, have mixture of TVR's, no two the same, no idea how old they are some look new, others very old. Is there any way to test them? Some appear to work but would be good to know for sure. Thank you for any help given
