Under Sink water heater Located in a office water heater when you turn hot tap on it knocks and bags, But when you turn hot tap in bathroom right next door to kitchen its fine. Would it be any thing to do with pressure going in to small tank :?: Bit lost works fine temp Please help...

early 90s Mira Excell shower with no water pressure just a dribble was working fine a couple of days ago all taps h & c have good pressure, Have replaced the easy stuff the shower head still up the pole Any ideas will it need a service kit filters and how hard is it. Many Thanks :!:

New build aprox 1 year old with Hydramax thermo shower no hot water, The flat has hot water from taps bath kitchen etc but can not get any out of shower unless the immersion heater is on then water is red hot. Tank has two immersion heaters :?: Please help..
