Hi, Ive got a 400w son floodlight controlled by a photocell. The light has stopped working but still has voltage if i cover up the photocell. Ive changed the lamp and it still wont strike up. How do i check the ballast and ignitor? Thanks

As soon as i open the bleed valve water comes out on all downsatairs rads, i only had to bleed the upstairs And another thing, if i turn off a rad nearer the boiler and set the pump speed to its fastest setting it gets luke warm.
