I-spark, hi mate, best off with a full regulator, in the trade and i've never stripped and repaired one, thats why were called fitters now i suppose, scrappy will be cheaper, however!! you may be in the same boat in a few months. So its a case of pay your money take your choice...

Just out of interest what would be the consequences of not doing this right away, not that i'm going to leave it indefinatly, just end of the month / payday. Not going to do any damage is it?, i think the user settings are increasing the temp to maximum! :?

Evening people, Help! I'm a bit stuck! I have an ideal isar he24 combi boiler, a while ago the display went to a ( - ) then dissappeared altogether, system still works, if anything it works to well i.e water really hot and rads really hot. replaced the display, have now got a ( - ) again...
