no to all three questions, except what speed should the pump be on, a plumber told me it should be on No 2, so thats what we put the new pump on but the paperwork that came with the pump said put it on 3 :?:

The heating recently broke down, after lots of head scratching the pump was changed. Now however, although the radiators are hot they are not warming the house up to the temp it had been previously to the broken pump, the thermostat is clicking about 15c even when it is turned right up past 20c...
