It's now been installed for just over 3 years and running turned down to 16kW not 18kW without any problems. In the recent cold weather I figured it was slow heating the house so I set the boiler back to the full 18kW expecting it to come back and it didn't which is odd so I really don't know what caused it and why it didn't come back!
