thanks . How long if laying a layer with extra rapid cement should I leave it dry between each layer ?

Hard to get the right shape / angle as can’t flush tissue till cement dries so don’t know

Nothing wrong with gutter downpipe or drain . Just a gap where rainwater goes on to soil instead of concrete .

Not new extension . Area is no more than 3 feet that is collecting water in soil near base of house . Instead of concrete at back there is soil
