Spot on, Cheers. Don't suppose you know how to set up the chime facility do you? I know how to turn it on and off but not sure how to set it up in the first place

So I had the engineer code, which was 4 digits then 0, on my 9751 alarm and I changed the settings on the alarm so the user code was 6 digits as oppose to 4. But now the engineer code does not work. Any ideas as to what the engineer code would have changed too?
