At the moment our small Victorian conversion studio flat has vinyl floor tiles in kitchen, bathroom and toilet. they need replacing - what is the best flooring type? this flat is an investment we want to sell as soon as poss - is cheap vinyl ok? Or worth splashing out on some better flooring...

free standing cookers are obv much cheaper, and as far as I'm concerned they look perfectly good. but are intergated hobs/ovens considered more stylish? Do buyers prefer them? we're doing up our small flat to sell. advice gratefully received!
