Twice now this week our lass has said that when she comes to tumble dry something in machine the machine starts to fill with water... :shock: I looked at it and sure enough when I put it to tumble setting it started to fill, then I spun it out and tried again, this time it was ok.... :wink: and...

Many thanks for the reply sleepyhead, I have checked the fill hoses and they don't appear to be kinked in any way, so it looks like the fill V/v itself may be going crook, once again many thanks.... :)

Why would they, or at least one I heard while the top was off keep clicking on and off intermittentley while the m/c was filling...? whould that denote a drop or increase in incoming water pressure....? and if so would that mean that the cold infill switch at the hose inlet is faulty..? or...

Many thanks for that, but after trying something a little off the wall the m/c appears to be working perfectly again....and what did I try...I ran an empty cycle..... :? but one other queston if I may....why does this m/c have TWO water pressure V/v's I think I am right in calling them that...
