    No, its an open type pot. If its rain water, why does it take so long to dry out? Surely that much rain wouldnt come down such a small opening?

    I have a Y reg fiesta and fill it right to the brim on most occasions. Even when I've done 20 or so miles, leaving it in the sun, the petrol expands and it drips onto the floor, most of the time the petrol never stays in it long enough lol.
