BAISI 24S and just when I thought problem was sorted after giving the boiler components a smacking (last post) woke up this morning to a non working boiler. Have tried all suggestions given and I thank ALL who have contributed towards trying to resolve my issues but gas valve still gets noisy and rattles like mad and cuts out - thinking along the lines of new boiler but expensive way of resolving a fault.
