Replacing a Triton Jade which has a inlet pipe which is not hidden - just goes up the bottom of unit and attached to wall. Looked in B&Q and saw no units where inlet pipe is like this. None of them had inlet hole - just hole for shower hose. Call me stupid as ones in B&Q on box said inlet...

Getting rid of steel bath which weighs a ton - also old style taps. Has a few chips but is it worth any money? Done my back in lifting it out so do you think someone would take it away for free or can I ask for £20 for it as scrap metal? Cheers for any advice. Rich

I looked on PLumbase and SC10 is 75mm - is that not ok? What is a P trap for then? Cheers Rich

Fitted a new bath and the trap I bought looked the same size as the one I cut out. From plumbase I got an SC10 - for some reason I had it in my head to ask for a 60mm depth one - on reading my DIY book again the bath trap should be 75mm for legal reasons. Is what I bought ok? Cheers Rich
