They have a hot water tank/ cistern? downstairs - in the loft i think there is just a cold water tanks (maybe 20lt)
The "plumber" is someone my dad knows from many years ago, he fitted a bathroom to their last home with no problems, took him over a year to actually start this bathroom as though...
My parents had a new bathroom fitted this week and now have really poor water pressure.
The "plumber" replaced the bath and used the taps (mixer with shower head) from the old bath as they were quite new, replaced the taps on the sink with a mixer instead of seperates.

Well after a few years i finally started to remove the woodchip in the bedroom that the last owners put up as i feared it would be a pain so just painted over the past couple of years.
Really suprised as it came off easier than any paper in the past as it was put on over painted walls?

The wooden floor is raised off the ground by a few inches (soil underneath), never had any damp in the lower part of the shed (floor/ walls)
It has a sloping roof which overhangs onto nothing so no gutters
The drips are all over the inside of the roof - at the lower/ highest and central points...

I noticed some wet drips on the shelf tops and thought the roof was leaking, however it isn't but i can see some drips and feel the wetness on the inside of the roof. The thin single glass window (bonded to outside) has been frozen with the cold

I noticed this winter our shed has had condensation dripping from the roof inside (wooden roof with felt).
I was thinking of fixing some Kingspan to the underside as that has kept the garage warmer and condensation free (from the roof)
You can buy air release vinyl (look on ebay) which has channels on the back so when you smooth them over the air is pushed out more easily so no air bubbles.
I've done the cabinet doors in the garage and also a vanity unit in the bathroom - no brush marks as with painting and can be peeled off...
