I saw your advice and I wondered if you can help me in this. I have ADT alarm system on the galaxy panel it jst says "OPEN". I have tried to reset it by user entry codes nothing has happened. I am using it as a stand alone system disconnected from ADT. I have shock sensor vipers on windows they are all flashing and when tapped they still flash. Normally they should reset (arm) when tapped. I cannot stop them flashing could a fuse be blown ? If that was the case they would not flash would they ? next I armed the alarm and tapped one of them the Alarm went off !!. I can use the alarm on zone two but on zone one it says timed out !. How do I get rid of timed out message and open message.
